Sarbacana practice this weekend.
Teaching : the body not only needs to be loosen but also tonic. In all these practices of ´being’ (taiji, qigong, meditation, yoga...), the body remains tonic. The practice re-energizes the body then you feel much alive at the end. It is my barometer of a deep or superficial practice. If I feel tired, I’ve probably loosen my body but not putting enough tonicity. Sometimes, it happens that I feel like going dancing all night long after a day of practice. I feel revitalize, joyful and my body follows 😃 Love it !
